Girl fun

We had a fun day with our cousin Presley playing dress-up. The two girls put on a million outfits and would stand infront of the mirror and dance around. Why are girls so funny to watch play dress-up? It's halarious because their voices go up a few pitches and they just giggle and wiggle.

Alivia and Presley checking out their fancy outfits.
Presley made us laugh for hours with this wig. She is strawberry shortcake for halloween and needed pink hair. For some reason I had this and it was perfect.

Just a dancing with those fingers.

Can you imagine them in 10 years...

We also had story time thanks to Presely. Ella sat and listened to her read a story about Santa.

Had to get a video of Ella's beautiful teeth. The bottom two are so cute and then those top ones are HUGE....

Little Pumpkins

We took all the kids to the pumpkin patch and they had so much fun. They picked out pumpkins, played in the haunted house and jumped in the big pumpkin. We even were able to capture a few good pictures.

All the grandkids

Alivia enjoying everything around her

Wonder which pumpkin Alivia picked?

Halloween Fun!

The other day Sam and Claire came over for a play date and some fun Halloween activities. The kids made masks and treat bags. They also decorate cookies and made oreo ball ghosts. I think more cookies made it in the tummies than actually decorated, but oh well that's what makes it fun.
Alivia paying close attention to details
Sam sneaking a bit while Alivia piles more candy corn on her cookie

We also did a lot of playing downstairs to burn off some of that sugar. Can't wait to use this picture down the road as pay back. Can't wait to bring these out when they are older to show how cute and funny they were as todlers.
Sam and Alivia did a little dress up for us and how awesome is this.... Sam in a pink tutu skirt with his LV purse and Alivia in a cowboy hat a few medals around the next and a purple tutu. Can't believe they have to grow up.

Backpacks and Baths

Alivia is obsessed with purses, bags and backpacks. I guess anything you can put things in she loves. The story behind this new love for backpacks started when she went to her aunties house to watch Jack get off the school bus. She thought the bus was cool, but when she saw the kids had backpacks (aka pack pack) she was so curious to what was in it and why they had them. Of course she ended up with one just days after this day.

Such a big girl with her backpack and sunglasses
We also have started baths together since mommy gets tired of doing two bath a night. The girls loved it and splashed and played together. I thought this would also help with Alivia's dislike for washing her hair and no it didn't help one bit. She still freaks out when you get water in her face. Oh well at least we have another new fun activity to do at night that both girls enjoy...

Mom and daughter day

We have been having such wonderful weather lately so the girls and I packed up our lunch and headed to the park. We had a great time eating outside and playing. Alivia loved that she could eat a little and then go play and then come back and eat a little and then play. Ella just enjoyed taking it all in.
Enjoying some yummy food

Beautiful Girls

We had a fun day with the three girls getting their pictures taken by Paul. He did a great job at capturing their growing personalities. Alivia, Ella and Lilly were picture perfect and as cute as can be.
I love this picture. I catches each personality of the girls. Alivia the crazy older sister. Ella who just wants to be apart of being silly with Alivia and Lilly doing her awesome fake laugh that is to die for. Love these ladies!!!

My loves

Having two little girls has been so fun and interesting at the same time. They both bring such different aspects to my life that make each day so wonderful. It's crazy that two girls that came from the same mom and dad can be so different. I love them both so much and could not imagine my life without either one of them.

Alivia my little tiny dancer. She is a girl at heart, but loves to be outside and explore anything and everything. She enjoys running, playing at the park, stickers and dancing to daddy's music. She makes me laugh everyday with the silly things she says and dance moves she comes up with. She is the best big sister and has been a great helper for mom. Even though she has her moments she still brightens my day.Oh my sweet Ella. If you have ever met her or been around her you know she is the easiest and most laid back baby ever. She can sit and play with no worries in the world for hours. She loves her big sister and can't wait to be big enough to run around with her. Ella loves to smile and blow raspberries. Her laugh is adorable especially since she has 4 teeth that show when she does. Ella has been a wonderful addition to our family and is starting to show her personality more and more.

A day at the zoo

Us girls headed to the zoo on a beautiful fall day. We had so much fun seeing all the animals and watching the new baby dolphin get trained. Ella even got to get in on some animal watching since she was attached to mom.

Mommy and Ella checking out the prairie dogs
Alivia the bat girl

Oh and the zoo is all decked out in Halloween decor so there were a lot of fun pictures to be taken that day.

We also played on the playground for awhile so Ella could eat. Thank goodness for slides and parks.
