Easter in Iowa

We had so much fun this past weekend down in Iowa.  The girls were so excited to see all their friends and family.  All the kids played and ran around all night.  When it got dark the older kids taught the younger ones how to play night games.  I was shocked to see my girls outside in the dark, but they had a ball.

Colin wasted no time and sat right down in front of the church and started in on his chocolate eggs.

Teddy Bear Parade

Last Friday Alivia had her teddy bear parade at school.  She worked hard on painting and decorating her float for her bear.  Ella and Colin enjoyed watching the big kids walk the halls and what was even more fun they got to wear their jammies to school for it!

The girls and I had so much fun coloring eggs and getting the house ready for Easter this year.

It's been awhile

About a month ago Alivia finally lost her first tooth.  She has been waiting so patiently all year while all her friends teeth fell out.  Since this picture she has lost the other bottom one.

Ella's 4th birthday

Happy 4th birthday to the silliest, craziest and most lovable little girl!  I can hardly believe my little Ella has turned 4 yrs old.  We love her heart and soul and could not imagine her any different than she is.  Ella wears her heart on her chest and is not afraid to let you know it.  Each and every day is a new day with her and that is what we love about our Ella!!!

Fun long weekend!

Last week grandma Annette and auntie Courtney came up to visit us.  The kids had so much fun playing, going to the mall of america and celebrating Courtney and Ella's birthdays!

 The girls were so lucky to stay out at the mall of america at hotel that is attached to the mall.  They swam, ordered room service and were spoiled all day and night.  Ella thought these chairs were pretty cool!

 Finally the girls dream of going to build a bear came true.  They have been asking for months to go and they finally got to and had so much fun picking their animal out and dressing it up in an outfit.

 Can't forget to give their bear and dog a bath.

 So excited!!!!

 Disney store was a must on their list too.  Just stopped in for a little coloring and Frozen sing a long.

 Then off to see the world under water.  The girls went while Colin and I walked the mall and played.

 So much fun learning and seeing a whole new world!

 The girls loved checking out the barbie doll house.

 Then Saturday we all headed down to Iowa for a few days of warm weather and kitty chasing!
