My Alivia

School has started and my baby has turned into a big school kid over night.  Alivia is loving school and enjoying all the new excitement that comes with it.  Alivia also is my little fashion queen and school has been her favorite place to show it off.  Each day she dresses herself and comes up with new ways to express herself which is what I love about her.
 Rocking the sequin hat
Alivia also has started her third year in dance.  She loves it so much and can't wait for dance days.  Alivia just has that twinkle in her eye and drive to push herself to master every step that comes her way.  Alivia comes to life when it comes  to expressing herself.

All about Ella

Ella Bella has grown into a true girl over night.  She is my kid that is first to get herself dressed and ready without anyone telling her to.  She loves hats, shoes and everything that sparkles.  She has a wild personality that is full of surprises.  Colin for some reason is drawn to Ella and loves to be by her and play with her.  She loves life and definitely is my sensitive one.
Ella all ready for school.  She picked her clothes out and got herself all ready.  Ella was so proud of herself as you can see.
Ella also has started dance this year.  She loves it and was so excited to finally get to dance.  She has been going up to the studio for two years and has been so patient waiting till she was 3 yrs old to start.  For an hour she gets to be silly, express herself any way she wants and just be Ella! (she doesn't have a black eye I think it's a shadow)

Colin

I thought I would feature each Varley kid so they get their own post this week.  Today is all about Colin!  Colin has turned into a crazy man over night.  He climbs, gets into things and fall from high places.  He has become a true boy.  His new favorite thing is sitting in chairs or lounging on the sofa.  He is so silly and laughs at himself all the time.  We love him dearly!
Real men are not afraid of pink.... I am sure with two sisters pink will be normal for Colin and probably his favorite color.
He is a crazy, goof ball of a boy.  He love to play hard and knows when he needs a little break.
We do a lot of art in our house.  Colin has become a little artist himself these days.

Preschool her we come.....

Ella was so excited to finally get her backpack down out of the closet and put it to use this morning.  She has been waiting for two years to go to school like her big sis.  She picked out her outfit and was pretty serious about having a braid in her hair so her teacher would see how long her hair is getting.
Before she could go to school we had to drive Alivia to kindergarten and then we were on our way.  Yes I am a personal driver for my children now... When we got there she ran to her class and was so excited to get her backpack up on the hook and head in.  Ella has been waiting for this for so long that so went in without even saying goodbye.  I went in to say bye and she looked back with a smile and waved.
I think we might have to work on the smile before picture day or I took it mid "cheese"!

Kindergarten

This week has been a big week in the Varley house.  My little sweet Alivia started Kindergarten!  It has been an exciting and emotional time for Alivia and mom.  The night before we read our Kindergarten book and talked about how fun and how much Alivia is going to learn.
The next morning she woke up so excited she couldn't wait to get her clothes on and go.  First off we had to get a good breakfast in.  What was on Alivia's first day of Kindergarten menu..... Blue pancakes with her name and locker number....
For my Alivia that is what she got
Before we headed out we had to get in some first day pictures which I think is a staple in every household.
Alivia couldn't figure out what to do in her picture so we had to take a few different ones.
Then off she went with a HUGE smile on her face and no fear in her body.  She walked right up to the front doors and then I had to let her go in by herself.  As I walked away with tears of joy in my eye's I couldn't be more proud of my little girl!
