Florida 2014

Another fun Florida trip and this year was extra special because we got to miss out on some really cold weather!  The kiddos had so much fun playing, swimming, go for walks and playing at the beach.

What do you do when it's -20 outside.... Well the Varley kids did their best to keep busy and stay warm.

 We played Doc McStuffins a lot.  Colin was the patient obviously.

 We made workbooks and did a lot of work and art projects.

 Mom curled the girls hair many, many, many times.

and we made forts in the basement that stayed up for days...

This and That

These days Colin has found a new love for shoes.  He will try to put on any shoes he can find.  Colin loves to wear the girls dress up shoes, but gets so angry because they fall off when he walks.  Colin will also pass out shoes to who they belong to.  It's pretty funny because he always gets the right shoes to the right person.

 Most of you that know Ella know this face.  When you see it you might want to back up and find somewhere else to go.  She is my hot and cold child and we never know what Ella we will get when she wakes up.  

 Poor Colin... I was making lunch the other day and when I went to give Colin his lunch he was passed out in his chair.  Seems to be normal to him to eat lunch after naps.

 Ella was so excited to get a bag of clothes from her cousin Presley the other day.  Ella wears them proud like she just won something big.  She loves her clothes from Presley!

In our house we went through a week of wanting chocolate chip pancakes in the morning.  I thought I would be nice and let Colin try a few pieces and it was Christmas time.  Needless to say this was the first and last time we got any.  Way to messy.....
