Pizza Night

The girls love when we have pizza night.  After I make mom and dads pizza the girls get to make their own.  The roll out their dough and then add their toppings.  The best part is the actually eat it better because they made it.  We started doing this in the winter for a fun activity and now it's a fun tradition on pizza night.

Dance, dance, dance

Another year down for Miss Alivia.  She now has two years of dance and is loving every moment of it.  This was her last year in the 3-4 year class and is off to the 5-6 year old class that does two dances for the recital.  Alivia is pretty excited to be doing jazz and learning big girl steps as she calls them.  I am so loving this kid stuff.  Next year I will have two little girls in dance so life will be getting a little more crazy around here.

Bye-Bye Preschool

Today Alivia officially said good bye to preschool today.  I can hardly believe my little girl is going to head off to Kindergarten in the fall.  If I could bottle her up I would, but it's time to let her fly and become the young girl she has started to become.  Alivia has loved preschool and has made so many great friends.  I could barley get in the door to pick her up today without her yelling to everyone "I am now in Kindergarten".
This was the last time Alivia will sing the good-bye song at Prairie Lutheran and Ella will now carry on the fun tradition.

What a great group of kids Alivia was surrounded by all year
I saw this on the wall and had to take a picture.  It must have been their favorite things from the year.  Obviously snacks and playing stuck in their heads the most.

Fun times

I have a bunch of just fun pictures to share of the kids.  This is Ella in her wig to look like "Han Tanna".  She is a crazy one this girl!
The three amigos.  I wish this picture was in order by age and pretty soon Presley will be at the end of the line when it comes to height with these two.
Ella dressed up like Peter Pan and grandma Annette's fun hair piece.
The girls having fun with grandma and playing in her make-up.
My big girl (where has the time gone) all ready for her pictures.

Colin had his first play date the other day.  It was so fun to see him with someone closer to his age and how he interacted with him.  He had fun taking everything from the other little boy and pulling his jacket.  They were cute together though....
Colin loves watching himself on the Ipad so I decided to turn on the video and let him watch himself .  The fun we have at our house is out of control:)

Mother's Day

Today at Alivia's school she had her Mother's day program.  We ate cookies, read a story, artwork and received a wonderful present.  It's always fun to be able to go and do something with just Alivia.

Big Boy

Now that Colin is 8 months old he has really is starting to be a big boy.  This month I took is pictures as he looks most days wet from drooling, crazy hair, bare feet and smiling.  He is starting to be such a boy which is so fun to see.  Colin is so happy and will laugh all the time even when he is playing by  himself.  Such a fun little boy.

Another big boy thing Colin is doing is he has been eating big boy food.  So far he loves......
Banana
Cheerios
Crackers
Pancakes
Fruit
Carrots
Everyday we try something new.  It's been so nice to give him food and he feeds himself with help from mom occasionally.  The only downside is that it takes him forever to eat...

Our little Ella

Ella is our middle child and is full of energy, spunk and craziness.  She can be happy one minute and upset the next for who knows what reason.  We love her dearly, but sometimes she pushes us to our limits.  Ella is one of a kind for sure...

I found these teeth from a bin in my college stuff.  I used to wear them around the Chi O house and I think a few times to the bars.  So when I found them I came upstairs while the kids were eating and Alivia freaked out since she hates blood and scares easily.  Ella laughed hysterically while Colin looked at me like I was crazy.  Ella of course was the one who wanted to wear them and thought they were so funny.  This is why we love her. We started calling her E-la when she is acting sassy or is having a moment.
