Our first big girl haircut

This past week Alivia got her first big girl haircut. She was so excited and did a great job. I think she was more excited to get the sucker at the end since that is all she kept asking for. We are now hoping for some thick hair to start growing now.

Thank goodness for the rubber duck to keep her occupied since the movie they had playing wasn't quite doing it for her.






The blowing wind which is what the lady kept calling the hair dryer was really windy as you can see above. She should be used to it since we use it at home sometimes.

Finally it was done and she sat perfectly still while she put a braid in her hair. I guess we now have another thing to do every 6-8 weeks. How a kid can have more things in her calendar than some adults.
